Inspired by Chagall’s kaleidoscopic circus paintings, the dance is set amongst a tangle of ladders and an explosion of colour

A Sense of Beauty is an original dance theatre work by dancer and choreographer Suzie Birchwood. It is a creative collaboration between 5 performers with unique physiologies and abilities. The dance is set to an original score composed performed by Nao Masuda. The performers rely on a bond of trust to dance over and through the set as they pluck moments of beauty from tense and emotive stories

Let me share in your timeless world, in night times lit with laughter
Let me borrow a few stolen moments under the silken red orange sky
Let me splash through pools of colour, on dusty coated ground
Let me dance until my eyes are heavy and my mind finds peace
